Bad Service Delivery

I have Metro Fibre wifi installed for only a one week now and not once could I use their system without hanging the whole time and I mean constantly. I have been phoning them every day. There is no assistance in addressing the problem. They are forever trouble shooting and never resolve anything. When you eventually get through to maintenance to log a ticket they have all these steps to follow and never get someone out to address the problem or even follow up on all the steps they do. I am forever calling them and the argument stays the same. You have my first month's money without me having the service! Nicolette Potgieter
