Bad service

Worst service ever!!!Not even been with them for a month but got 3 different invoices. They disconnected my fibre because they want me to pay a pro rata again and a months payment. How can I pay a pro rata and then pay n pro rata amount again 2x more then installment due every month. I ypu can send email after email...the invoices just keep changing from 1 amount to another. And its not only me having problems with this network 2 other tentants in my complex have the same problem and nothing is being sorted. Except for disconetting my devise. Sorry you lost a client
