BAD SERVICE

I am not happy at the service provided, I have called and waited over 3 weeks for them to fix my fibre. I have waited for just a phone call for them to see to me. i have been patient and no service or feedback. its frustrating to wait for a service and its been paid for. There's no communication. ITS A VERY DELAYED SERVICE
