Bad service

The service is extremely poor I signed up for their services and everything was up and running. Its now been 3/4 days without any internet and we depend on it for doing our work and school work for children. I sent an enquiry via their whatsapp chat and that takes hours to get any response or feedback of some sort. I was provided with ticket ref no and was sent via email. No one called to say they're coming they just arrived (no problem) but you font get ay communication even from the technicians to say what is happening and when will the issue be resolved they just walk away. Today (11 April 2024) they came but still nothing.

What kind of service are they rendering, I think I will have to move to another service provider because theres no way I would stick to them if this is what they do to us paying customers.
