Bad Service

I received my router on 27-02-2023 and the technician who delivered the router said there is no internet, will come back within 48 hrs and he never did. I then phoned and two technicians were sent and they failed to get it working and they too left. Phoned again, promised by contact centre agent that a technician will be sent and no technician arrived. Cancelled the deal and waiting for them to collect their router so that I can try other service providers.
