BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

been with you for 4 years and you are going backwards, ive paid more for my internet in the last couple of months free willingly because i thought the service was good and if i have any problems it would be resolved, your service 100% *** should have gotten my internet rather trough level7 on someone else, No answering on your support lines, suport tickets, complain tickets, face book messeges jusus gauys just close the place already
