BAD SERVICE

I have had endless problems with my debit order deductions from Giga Go. Double debiting my account and I have logged many queries but there is just no feedback from this organisation.

They have now cut my wifi connection and they advised that they will contact me to resolve but no contact is made. I seriously want to cancel my contract with them
