Bad Fibre service

We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by the ongoing fibre outage since 11 May 2026, particularly after technicians were dispatched on both Thursday and Friday without the issue being resolved.

Please be assured that the matter will be followed up with urgency with the relevant Metro Fibre teams to determine the cause of the continued downtime and to obtain feedback on the previous technician visits. We also understand the importance of having a stable connection and the impact this prolonged interruption has had on your daily activities.

Your concerns have been escalated for further investigation, and we will request that the relevant team provide an update on the status of the fault and the next steps toward resolution.
