Bad experience/ always outage in our area that is only affecting me.

Worst experience ever, had an open ticket for 13 days, keep being told about an outage in our area yet am the only one affected all my neighbors are connected besides me. Changing my wifi can't be calling them and be told that they don't have ETA for outage. Bad service. No Manager around for escalation.
