Bad customer service. No wifi
I hate the fact that when there's an issue, you can hold the line for over 10mins with no assist; send them an email, they will promise that the issue will be dealt with but no one reaches even when you select the option 2 on the IVR call for a call back it's a waste of time because they never call back. Been offline for almost 2 hours and for someone who works from home this is really an inconvenience. On top of what I pay monthly I still need to buy data so I can connect. At this point I would appreciate any other FNO that offers better customer service
