Bad customer Service, Bad network!! bad Everything!!! STAY AWAY from them!!!
Bad customer service, been on hold from 8am now its 15h00, still no one picks up, they billed me for a wrong month been waiting for credit for this invoice for the whole month and now my line is suspended, this is a bad company to deal with, STAY AWAY From them as i wont recommend any of my friends to use them I am cancelling this service with immediate effect.

Everyone in your support department can see that this router was down the whole of march...why am i paying for much if this is month to moth deal? Please come take your router and refund my funds back as i cant use internet that i paid for!!!
