Bad customer service bad company

Sins i have been with Metrofiber i have been getting bad customer services no reply from there finance department and when you send emails they dont answer back they just turn of your wifi before your pay date and then to get hold of them they dont answer. they ivoice customer pfor months that they didnt even have wifi that was working. and then to explain to them that they made a mistake they just dont give a **** to put it in that way
