Bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Have reception challenges from day of installation. Every time I phone help desk, I spend more than 20 minutes on the phone with no resolution. I have a contract with a 40 Mbps line speed but I can't watch anything as the reception is just "buffering". Very disappointed. Don't make the same mistake as I did.
