Bad Customer Service!!!

Worst Service Ever!!!! The one star was very generous, because truly speaking this service provider deserves zero stars.

The customer service is really bad and highly unprofessional. The sense of urgency and how they service their customers' needs to be re-evaluated. The constant follow ups and run arounds that I had to do as a customer was very confusing? They made it seem like they were doing a favour for me, for a service that I paid for - lol!

I cancelled my subscription with them, will never come back or want to re-join, and will also not recommend to any of my family and friends.
