We installed a router it’s been two weeks now I have been phoning almost every day, but I still can’t help, it is completely un called for to be treated in this manner especially if your have shifted you things around to accommodate Metrofibre ( cancelled some data packages). I’m very disappointed when I think that we were happy as a community when seeing that fibre is coming to Riverside but with this kind of unprofessionalism I feel like we were ****med.
