Awesome Service from MetroFibre (Ben Winkler and Bradley van Wyk)

I needed assistance with switching to MetroFibre and I received exceptional service from all the staff members at MetroFibre who assisted me.

Namely: Mr Ben Winkler (Technician) made sure that I was informed about every step that needed to be followed before I could have a rooter installed at my property and have my WiFi activated. He also made sure that my order was escalated to all the relevant departments and that my order was processed correctly and in a timely manner. Ben was extremely informative, friendly and professional throughout the process. He also went above and and beyond to make sure that I was assisted as a client. I am truly grateful for the awesome service and professionalism from Ben Winkler.

I also received exceptional service from Bradley van Wyk who made sure that my application was completed correctly and processed superfast to make sure that I could get my Wifi installation done quickly.

This all happened in less than a full day. I have received exceptional service all round from MetroFibre and I would recommend MetroFibre to all my friends and family based on my experience with them.
