Awaiting credit since March 2024

After months of communication since March 2024, you guys tell me that this account SHE689 has been credited as I paid on the new account SHE1066 for March. I have queried this more than 50 times and get told the credit has been passed for incorrect billing.

Yet once again I rec this statement and the amount is still there. How useless are url?
