Appalled by Metrofibre service.

The most useless service ever, I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. A simple change of address has turned into an absolute nightmare. From rude call center agents to a different story to every agent you speak to.Agents promise to call back and promise to get your fibre activated but to no avail. From wasted time to wasted money in calling you everyday for close on to two weeks still no resolution. Your customer service is pathetic and leave lots to be desired. I would never recommend Metrofibre to anyone. Absolutely Hell on earth is the most fitting description for what you have put us through.
