Amazing service from Nosipho
I logged a call because I was relocating my services. It has been a hassle not to get all the proper info but I got to get my router working. Thanks to Google. When I thought I could connect. I got the "connected without internet" error. I whatsapp metrofiber and still no help. Frustrations on working at home without internet😞 When I thought of giving up I took a chance and phone the toll free number. With a long wait aloft holding I got to speak to such an amazing lady named NOSIPHO. The lastly was so patient and understanding🌟🌟🌟. Willing to go overboard so I can get assisted. We were on a call for almost 30 minutes with her helping me. Seeing that we were still struggling she asked to call me back as she needed to get more help. Just after hanging up my router started working and I was back online.
I THANK YOU NOSIPHO FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND GOING EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST ME. I HOME METROFIBRE CAN GET MORE AGENTS LIKE YOU. KUDOS TO YOU MY ANGEL AND MAY YOU CONTINUE TO BE AS AMAZING AS YOU WERE, NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO TJOSE WHO WILL BE ON THE SAME SITUATION AS MINE.
