I recently joined Metrofibre after the installations were complete in my Complex. I was notified immediately by an agent with the name of Bert, after booking the appointment to install my OTN. I was provided with nothing other than good service from Bert, he continuously kept me in the loop. The installation was quick and simple and Bert also informed us on the steps going forward.
