Amazing Customer Service
After Dealing with a few utterly useless Service Providers, I have to say that I have never received service like i have with Metrofibre. Gareth Livingstone the Account Manager and His team in Finance (I believe her name is Diane) and Stores tried to get me up and running within the day. When trying to follow up, i was immensely surprised that they were already working on my system at home. Before lunch, my new device was put in, and an hour later the connection activated.
Best Service from an ISP ever received.
