AITSA INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER - USELESS

Aitsa Internet - the product of Metrofibre Networx, has the most pathetic staff I have encountered in ISP history.

The company couldn't activate my requested service, and after eventually cancelling my order, I was still invoiced for a service I don't have.

The staff was notified, and on various occasions I was told that the accounts department would look into the problem and get back to me. They never do.

The company still owes me money that they *******ly debited from my account, but they don't react or get back to me.

The "manager" is ***********, rude and not fit for client service.

Do not trust this ISP, or it's parent company, as they just don't care about their business.
