Afrihost and MetroFibre

Hi I ordered Fiber at my New Place in Glenwood. Their currently is fiber available in the unit I am i moved into. I app**** for this service on the 29th of August till today 7th of September . I have been liasing with them via email and they are telling me they are still awaiting feedback from metrofibre. Asked for the number to call metro fibre and no response. I told the exact address yet they kept insisting i send lease agreement or proof of address. I had to go to sars to change my address n print a statement with the new address because i just moved in how can i get proof of address??? I dont have lease agreement as yet. Please advice [#KKB-***6
