Activation department needs a wake up

I have moved house on Saturday 1st June 2024. I did my part with photo's and the change of address form.

5 days later and im still getting the bull**** story of the old tenant having an active line at the house.

No correspondence or replies to any of my emails. Activations just doesnt bother to reply. Im so sick and tired of running and chasing after a service with them.
