ABSOLUTELY USELESS STAFF AND SERVICE PROVIDER
I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT!!!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE AN ABSOLUTELY USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT THAT DOES NOT REPLY TO QUERIES. MY ACCOUNT HAS GONE UP FROM R760 PER MONTH TO R849-00 PER MONTH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT FOR 3 MONTHS WHY WITH NO RESPONSE. THEY DO HOWEVER SEND NOTIFICATIONS OF THEIR CORPORATE IDENTITY CHANGES WHICH I COULDNT GIVE A **** ABOUT.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUB STANDARD SERVICE PROVIDER WITH A USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHIC.
TIME FOR A STARLINK AND TO STOP SUPPORTING THIS ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY AND STAFF.

I dont understand so please dont appreciate it and assume that I do understand because I dont!
Its simple. You send out communication informing your clients of an increase and we either accept or dont accept and go somewhere else. I have received so many emails about your corporate changes which I dont give a damn about but you cant send out an increase notification. Then your staff tell me there was a R50 increase and when I ask why I am paying R89 extra no one can answer me. And that's your accounts people who should be able to do basic maths!
Your staff and therefore your company is the worst I have ever dealt with! Even the post office who I recently had to deal with is far more efficient than your company so you should all hang your heads in shame!
I am however amazed that you have responded here so quickly here when your own useless staff cant reply with messages directly sent to them or phone calls for over 3 months.
Then you give me another ticket number like it's meant to mean something!! I have got a whole collection of ticket numbers from automated replies, so god knows why you giving me another one. They mean absolutely FK.ALL!
Would you like them?
