ABSOLUTE NONSENSE

I have had no connection for 2 weeks in New Germany/ Kloof KZN area. I was told that there's was an unrest that I have never seen or heard about. I have a bunch of useless reference numbers. They continue to send a statement as if everything is normal yet my business has come to a complete stand still. Yet I'm losing money but still need to continue pay for a service that is non existent. Make it make sense PLEASE.
