Absolute Nonsense
MetroFibre has been an absolute pain to deal with this month. Firstly, I paid my account ON TIME on the 2nd of March via EFT and ensured it was an immediate payment. On the 5th of March they disconnected my line sighting nonpayment. I immediately provided them with POP and they reconnected my line.
On the 9th of August again they disconnected my line. I again, called them to enquire what the issue was and they advised that my account was in arrears. After spending not less than 30min on the line with them, they discovered that there was an accounting error and reconnected my services.
Low and Behold AGAIN, they have CUT ME OFF sighting unpaid fees. This is for the 3rd time in one month. The thing about them is that even after finding the error and switching you off for a few days or hours, they will not credit your account for the time you where without service, they will simply apologise and keep it moving. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL.
I have not written a complaint on any service provider in YEARS but these guys will drive you mad. If they where not the preferred providers in my complex, I would have long cut my losses and looked for alternatives.
