3days with no connection

Its been 3 days now without internet connection. I logged a ticket and spoke to a few agents but still unresolved. They just keep saying they'll escalate and have the technitians come to my house, none of that happened...infact, im the one that keeps on calling and theyre not picking up. This is a huge inconvenience for me as i work from home.
