2 months no activation

1 star is even overated. I have been trying for more than 2 months to get a fibre activation to take place. Router have been supp**** by Vodacom but since then nothing. I have been calling non stop and logging tickets and when calling again its confirmed that the previous ticket was closed with no resolution and they can not reopen the ticket. So the process starts all over again. So no feedback calls or anyting. All that needs to be done is activation and they can not manage to do this in 2 months. So i really recommend using them if you do NOT want service at all cause you will get absoulutly nothing.
