Still the worst service ever, !st line support still doesnt know what they are doing , Been down 4 days straight when I call to follow up they want to log a new ticket telling me they have 4 business days to resolve the issues but I have been down 4 days, when you ask to escalate theres no service delivery manager or superviour to take the call.
