Successful Service Delivery Nicole

I was luckily and happily assisted by Nicole on a Saturday afternoon. She was patient and very professional from the 1st reply and response. This made me feel very comfortable and in turn patient with her. She was at one stage delayed to her response, but she even handled that very well upon her return to the whatsapp query. She then offered to phone me back or if I choose to continue via whatsapp. We were without water in the laundry on the BnB premises due to broken Interface Units and she could very sufficiently assist me without any issues.

Her whole demeanor kept me calm as we're extremely busy and tired of running around with all our duties on the Ministry premises.
