Poor pathetic service

Poor pathetic service This company has got a very poor customer service, our meter isn't accepting recharge vouchers which has resulted in us with no Waterford the past three days. They don't even care with the situation that we don't have water they keep on telling us to go and borrow our neighbours key to try and load to voucher which hasn't been working a number of times under their guidance telephonically.
