Pathetic service with no responses

Purchased a prepaid water token more than an hour ago. Sent pop to ***, sent a message on their WhatsApp number and an email to metro and still no response or token received yet they promise a 15 minute response time. I'd rather walk to go purchase next time as I'll never use your pathetic service ever again.
