No Manager

My father decided to get one of these meters for my new home Never worked at all Agents i speak to on their help line keep fobbing us off They either tell us they will send it off to be registered, or that it is registered and give us instructions to follow when trying to buy units Went to Shoprite, Checkers, Spar, Game over a 3 week period to only get the "Meter not registered error" even after following instructions Recently got off the phone with an agent who advised that they not sure why it is not working with the larger brands and would need to find out why, but we can use a flash vendor in the meantime This is not what we bought a half product When asking for a Manager or someone more senior he advises that there is none in the office and he is the most senior person in office (which is bull) He then transfers us to his manager's cellphone which is on voicemail My father has a heart condition and was getting worked up So I called back and got back to the same agent that made my dad furious Asked him for the ombudsman details, he doesn't even now what it is or what an ombudsman is They are so unhelpful I work in a call center myself and would not allow this type of behavior from my team
