Metro prepaid water meter ****

Hi bought a meter by them for R3000 5months later the meter stoped working. They don't want to take the meter back to replace it. They forcing me to pay 1300 for a technician to come out. And see what's rong and then they wana bill me to fix it aswell . Mad and I have 2 meters with them . I'm so dospointed please stay away. Rather put normal meters in that you can read yourself and charge you tenants per kw as on your rates paper. These people are *******
