False advertising

I have 2 x keypads that stopped working because of battery drained .I have seen on metro paid website all prepaid meters come with lifetime warrantee .I contacted metro prepaid an was told this is old information on their website. The information still shows on their website an this is false advertising .Land lords be extremely cautions when selecting this company
