disgusting service no help

They change their payment method on 1st July 2025, I try and buy water as they instructed on Friday 4th July 2025.emailed proof of payment as request. no answer ,whats app no answer ,tried calling them no answer and i am just sitting without water. They response on whats app is in the middle of the night. I finally get my water token then I punched it in and it says error. I tried calling email and whatsapp no answer ,disgusting service ,you never get help
