I was unaware that there was an emergency credit option on the meter, my tenants used it but the meter stayed in a minus for about 2 months and in that time period they had not purchased electricity and had not informed me of this, its only when the power went off is when I learned of this and Calvin was the agent getting the meter working again and how I should move forward with my tenants making use of the meters
