My water meter was showing minus Litres and with no water coming out,I decided to contact Metro prepaid through whatsapp and the agent by the name of Felicia assisted me with a code to clear the meter to 0L then after she gave me the litres which was on the meter,now I have water since morning and my meter is showing positive litres.Thank you Felicia
