Tshwane metro police,central and Phillip nell park,are *******,they ate supposed to close thus vehicle repair shop at , taungstreet 10, westpark, ward 3, pretoria west,but are weekly receiving ******ion money ,to keep this property one of ,6,in our area,open,this is openly committed *****,ive been complaining about this nuisance 10years now ,they ate still receiving mobey from them,they are *****ing water and electricuty also,and have some metro police officers in their pockets from both branches,the mayor are also involved in this ,its s way they are being a nuisance so residents get fed up and leave out of neighbourhood,the property owners are all forreighners .there are ******* activity going on due to the business runs 24/7 7days a week,even the ward councillor are involved in this receiving payment,the fact that out city pretoria is going from bad to worse its because of this plan,overtaking properties,gie personal use .its *******

Formal Investigation Requested Following JMPD Incident Involving Our Company Vehicle
Oil Savers (Pty) Ltd has lodged a formal complaint regarding an incident involving one of our company vehicles on Friday, 4 September 2026. During the traffic stop, our employees reported a concerning request for R300. Our employees did not make any unofficial payment, as our company policy is that any traffic matter must be handled through the lawful process. Because the allegation has not yet been independently investigated, we are intentionally not identifying the individual involved publicly or making any allegation of wrongdoing as an established fact. Those details have instead been supp**** confidentially to the appropriate authorities for investigation. During the incident, concerns were also raised regarding the vehicle's handbrake/parking brake and its licence discs were removed. Our concern is that the vehicle had previously passed a roadworthy test on 29 July 2026. We consequently stopped operating the vehicle and had to cancel or reschedule business that had already been arranged. When attempting to resolve the issue on 7 September 2026, we encountered an Administration Mark 02 – “Fictitious Record” on eNaTIS. Further testing and administration followed, resulting in additional expense and another interruption to our business. On 8 September 2026, the vehicle underwent the required testing process and passed. We therefore believe the circumstances warrant an independent and proper investigation. We are asking the relevant authorities to establish exactly what occurred during the original stop, investigate the reported R300 request, confirm the lawful and procedural basis for the action taken regarding the vehicle, and clarify the circumstances surrounding the eNaTIS issue. Oil Savers supports road safety and lawful traffic enforcement. We are simply requesting accountability, transparency and a fair investigation based on the evidence. We have supporting documentation and will cooperate fully with the authorities. We would appreciate a formal response and reference number so that this matter can be followed through to conclusion. Tshwane metro police,is not doing bylaws properly,the fact that the mayor goes out to do inspections,the people just gets back up again and continue,with *****ing power,business from residential zones ,not stopped,no propper bylaw enforcing

Metro police phillip nell park are useless,bribers
Tshwane metro police,are not assisting public complaints,they dont do bylaw enforcement,i complaint to them about ,******* businesses from residential houses,which according to the bylaws is *******,they are not ,stopping people in our neighbourhood,stop publicly drinking,people racing up and down street, people selling drugs in street,people having shebeens from houses,escort agencies etc ,un ward 3,there are multiple laws and bylaws being broken,but this Phillip nell park metro police,are bribing , collecting ******* income thats not taxable,and its fine working like that,even riad markings thats faded,and infrastructure not working , they drive every day in those areas ,which is not right ,that creates accidents,broken down vehicles because they refuse to take responcibility to report it them selves,if they want to write out fines or put up a camera ,make sure all sighns are visible ,roads are fixed,streetlights,sighns are working,take responcibility.

Metro police Phillip nell park is useless again
Tshwane metro police station Phillip nell park, refuses again to attend to a noise complaint in westpark, ward 3,pretoria west,every week they do not attend to any nuisance calls,about misbehaving neighbours,exspecially at night and on weekends,this Metro police station must be closed,due to lack of service,they only do bribes at roadblocks,and attent to pickets happening,and also shopping on duty in outside their area of work, and buying take aways,this metro police branch is the most useless branch ever.
