METGRAN/1 LIFE messing me around

Metgran is a ****, I have a funeral policy with 1 Life insurance and I insured my uncle, 1 Life paid on time, no issues and they referred me to an added benefit that they have partnered with Metgran to erect a tombstone for my uncle but I was to contact Metgran directly which I did, my uncle passed away in May last year, I was sent a brochure and I chose the one we wanted as a family, I wast told Manufacturing takes 3/4 months, a year later, we are in May, still no tombstone, every time I call i get told the truck to KZN had a breakdown, I spoke to a Lady Neo Moleko who is clueless and was giving me attitude, we are supposed to be having unveiling for my uncle on the 3rd of July but still no tombstone, now my family sees me as someone who is not honest
