Poor Service at Meta Worx and missuse of personal vehicle

I had an extremely troubling experience with Meta Worx Nelspruit. My vehicle was booked in on 02 February 2026 and was only released a week late on 20 February, with no proper explanation for the delay. When I handed it in, the odometer was 201 934 km and the fuel level was half a tank. When I collected it, the odometer had jumped to 202 103 km and the fuel had dropped to a quarter tank—an unexplained 169 km added while the car was supposedly under repair. To make matters worse, my Bluetooth adapter was missing, and Meta Worx took no intake photos at all. The only check‑in photo is the one I took myself, meaning they had no official record of the vehicle’s mileage or fuel level when they received it. Their “investigation” was incomplete, relying on limited security information and no full CCTV review, yet they still claim the vehicle was not used. This experience has raised serious concerns about how vehicles are handled, monitored, and protected at this workshop. The lack of accountability, missing documentation, unexplained mileage, and missing personal item are unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this repairer.
