Pathetic customer service

i took my car in for repairs through my insurance. i was told its all minor and nothing would need to be replaced. then i was advised that the repairs would take longer as they had to order parts for the car and some are on back order. i had to either phone them myself for updates n the repairs or go there to get updates. my car wasn't ready when they said it would be and i had to wait an hour and a half to collect my car which was still not complete. i had to take my car back several times for them to complete the work they were supposed to do and its still not completed. when i made them aware of issues that i noticed after the accident i was told that its old damage and that it would not be repaired, they didn't even do a proper assessment before submitting their findings to the insurance. my one headlight was replaced that didn't need replacing, but the license place holder that's broken was not replaced.

overall i would not recommend them for any type of repairs.
