Shocking customer support

Not really sure where to complain about this but the support I have received from Meta has been so bad. Meta Ads Manager disabled my ad account a week ago for no apparent reason and has not responded to my support requests even though their response time is given as 1-2 business days. Not being able to run ads really hurts my business as a photographer because I can’t get bookings without running ads. Don’t know if this review will help get hold of Meta but I don’t know where else to complain at this point.
