Volkswagen Tiguan

I bought a second hand car from Mercedes Benz, a Volkswagen Tiguan 2009 on the 24/01/2020 and the car broke down in Malmesbury on the 21/03/2020. It was a struggle to get a courtesy car from them since I'm dependant on a vehicle and that's why I bought a vehicle in the first place. Now since to date my car is still there, I don't know what is wrong with the vehicle and they lodged a complaint at the ombudsman against me. Guys please reconsider if you want to do business with them.
