Bad Service

My dad(Mr Michael Sonopo) took his car today as water pump was leaking and was give a quote of R28000 over the phone by the lady in service department then he went in to query the quote and when got there he was told that the quote is R14000 and my dad is surprise why water leakage could cost so much they was no explanation and I'll treated him and he decided to take his car back home,would like Benz SA to look in to this matter as why was it over charged,are they knocking off their clients or what,my dad was so disappointed imagine if had paid that R28000
