Job or ****!?

<p>I started working for Medizone New Health Marketing almost 2 months ago.<br />When I got there, I was psyched up and ambitious, I made my sales and I was positive.</p> <p>On Careers24 Medizone stated a salary expectation of R11 000 + commission, BUT they give no requirements of how to get that salary.</p> <p>Your chances of getting recruited at Medizone, Bellville is 95%, because they recruit a new team every single week. Why? Because current employees only last a week and then leave... again: Why?<br />because:<br />1) you have to have 2 demonstrations a day, getting 6 refferals from every demo and 2 sales per month before you get a salary- sounds easy? Well<br /> • getting 2 booked demos a day is a mission<br />• people don't have money to buy a machine that costs R15000<br />• people don't trust us at first sight and <br />• nobody likes a telesales call they receive<br />• and when the people you know are all done and you don't know more people who has the money or will be interested in this machine, you lose courage... <br />2) you work very hard and don't get paid<br />3) you work from 08:30 and sometimes till 23:00<br />4) you have to have a car - and they do not give you petrol money although you have to drive to peoples houses</p> <p>I had demos and got my sales, then month end I received no pay... after asking and asking, I started begging for pay and then I had to start a fight to get paid.</p> <p>After asking for just a contract, my boss made a joke of me in front of all my fellow employees. <br />So this is basically just a warning to anyone who thinks that job advert looks attractive... it really does but... ****.</p>
