Body shaming customers
1 star. Today 21 June 2026 at 09:48, Store 3617, Till 25, Pick n Pay Pavilion. A Meondo Cleaners staff member approached me while I was buying amagwinya and said they were "the reason I'm fat" and that I eat unhealthy food. When I told her I didn't like her comments and asked her to stop, she kept laughing at me instead of apologizing. I live with depression and anxiety. Her body-shaming and mocking left me humiliated and unable to continue my day. Contract staff represent Pick n Pay while in store. This behavior is unacceptable. Pick n Pay must take action with Meondo Cleaners and ensure customers are treated with respect, not ridiculed.
