Humbulani Mukhotho - Customer Service Agent - Menzies Aviation

I was traveling from O.R Tambo airport to Turkey. During my layover at OR Tambo, I experienced mobility issues due to a spine injury. 2 ladies and 1 gentleman by the name of Humbulani Mukhotho restored my faith in humanity.

It was 5 hours away from check-in, however Humbulani sore that I was in excruciating pain, I did not reach out and ask for help, he stepped up because of his character. He got me a wheelchair and took me all the way across the airport to where my check-in was going to be.

I tried to show my gratitude for his kindness, but he insistently refused to take money from me and this further cemented my respect and admiration for his gesture, because it was not his job to go out of his way for a passenger.
