Bad service

I am in disbelief that such an organization can be handling business in such a poor manner. I make monthly payments every month on time as it's debited from my account. Every month my child is locked out from the her account. I have to ask for authorization all the time. Most resent event is that my child has been locked out once again since the being of 4th term. I have sent several messages on WhatsApp and email but I have had no response whatsoever. I'm going to report them to my bank to reverse my payment as I'm unable to cancel subscription on their website. Even the subscription cancelation is a lie as stated on their website there's no option to do so.
